Substance wanted a clean and fresh site which was capable of displaying all their content and activities and being easily managed by a group of people.
The main challenge was setting up an easy-to-use system which would allow pieces of content to be related to each other, and then displayed and linked to each intuitively and automatically. A system was devised whereby the creation of a service or client would then automatically create a page displaying all associated content, allowing a whole section of the site, with testimonials, downloads, associated projects etc. to be created simply by creating the constituent pieces of content.
The site has been very successful in affording site admins the ability to generate quite complicated and feature-rich layouts and content with great ease: it has essentially allowed staff to feel free to manage their content to a very high level without requiring any technical skills.
