At the same time, the wider Drupal community continue to test and improve the core code-base and contributed modules, making regular security releases as issues are discovered and fixed. It is essential for the security of your Drupal website that these security releases are monitored and when appropriate applied to your website in a timely manner.
Our preferred method of supporting and maintaining your site is through a support and maintenance contract, a contractual agreement based on your regular monthly support requirements, providing a guaranteed response time for support requests. These agreements provide you with peace of mind by ensuring that your website has all the required security updates and has experienced Drupal users and developers on hand to deal with any issues that might arise.

What you can use your support time for
We will provide support for all aspects of the maintenance and administration of your website. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Security updates to the content management system on which your website is based.
- Bespoke modifications and bug fixing
- Addition and update of website content, including reviewing text and image quality
- Administration of your website (e.g. blocking spurious users, changing user permissions etc.)
- Advice on how to administer the website yourself including best practices.
Formal training can be arranged if necessary.
